The Use of OSIS by Suppliers

We can offer prepared solutions for the automated EDI message exchange with your customers in your roll as supplier. The basis for the message exchange with your customers is the EDIFACT standard, however your application cannot process EDIFACT, it requires, for example IDOC messages in the case of an SAP R/3.

With OSIS we can remove the barriers. We can generate the EDIFACT format and, in the case of an SAP application, the IDOC messages as well as the mapping between the EDIFACT and IDOC. Of course we can also customise the IDOC format and contents to suit your SAP application and we also take into account your customers´ requirements as regards the EDIFACT messages. If we don´t have prepared solutions the formats of you application system we can configure them. You will receive a standardised application solution.

These application solutions offer your company the basis for a quick start in the roll as supplier with standardised EDI communication.

A message packet "supplier" includes, in the basis version, the following scenario:

EDIFACT/EANCOM:
ORDERS D96A (Inbound orders)
INVOIC D96A (outbound invoices)
DESADV D96A (outbound deliveries)

and in the case of a connection to SAP R/3 the Standard-IDOC's>:
ORDERS05 (inbound)
INVOIC01 (outbound)
DELVRY03 (outbound)

Of course this packet can be extended i.e. for the messages ORDRSP, INVRPT>, DELFOR, RECADV, >REMADV, IFTMIN, IFTSTA.
